  • • After joining Mitsubishi UFJ Bank as a new graduate, she worked in the Markets Division on ALM and fund management.
  • • To transition into business development, she moved to SoftBank (specifically to the department responsible for the Japanese expansion of SVF portfolio companies), where she drove new fintech ventures such as PayPay and facilitated the entry of SoftBank Vision Fund portfolio companies into the Japanese market.
  • • While supporting startups and nonprofit organizations as a side venture, she founded N.FIELD in 2020 and became independent. She supports various organizations in corporate planning, business development, and policy advocacy, and serves on the boards of NPO Startup Weekend, NPO SHIFT80, and the General Incorporated Association LITTLE ARTIST LEAGUE.
  • • Her key professional roles include Secretary General of the Fintech Association, Secretary General of the Startup Association, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of JPStartups, mentor for APT Women, mentor for Venture Cafe Community Campus, judge for SUTEAM, and judge for UPGRADE with Tokyo.
